MemberDirect® Direct Alerts


Direct Alerts can keep you informed and up-to-date on your online MemberDirect account. Early Notification will allow you identify and report potential fraudulent activity as soon as it happens. Watch this video to learn more about direct alerts and how to sign up.

 

 

Sign up for Direct Alerts and get notifified with alerts sent to you by sms text messages or by email when:

  • Your account is accessed on a computer or mobile device
  • A new bill payee is added
  • A new Interac e-Transfer recipient has been added
  • Your personal access code has been changed
  • Your security questions have been answered incorrectly
