When you first open your business account with us, we will need to see a Manitoba Business Name Registration. This ensures that no other individual can operate under the name you have chosen for your business venture. If your business is incorporated, we will also require the Articles of Incorporation from your lawyer. We need to verify the directors, the number of shares, and the people designated for president, secretary, and signing officer.
