Make pay day easier for yourself and your employee by applying for our automatic payroll system. It will allow you to handle the deposits into employee accounts at any financial institution in Canada. Payment schedules can be maintained online or uploaded each pay period by a file generated by your payroll software.

Receive Electronic Bill Payments 

Register to allow customers to make electronic payments with no cost to you. Reduce the paper clutter of envelopes, stamps, and cheques. Since funds are coming directly from their account and being deposited into yours, the possibility of NSF payments is significantly reduced.  

Merchant Services 

RCU has partnered with Moneris to provide a wide range of payment services.  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay options are avaliable with wired and wireless terminals.   Please call your RCU branch for more information or to get signed up.

Other Business Resources

When you first open your business account with us, we will need to see a Manitoba Business Name Registration. This ensures that no other individual can operate under the name you have chosen for your business venture. To learn more about registering your business name, please visit the Manitoba Companies Office website.

If your business is incorporated, we will also require the Articles of Incorporation from your lawyer. We need to verify the directors, the number of shares, and the people designated for president, secretary, and signing officer.
