Wire Transfers
A wire transfer is an electronic transfer where money is sent from one financial institution to another. It’s the preferred method of sending money to someone in a foreign country, plus, you can send wires in almost any currency and receive them in either Canadian or US dollars.
There are separate instructions depending on where a wire is coming from and what currency is being wired. Below are forms you can use to share wire instructions with the sender.
Incoming Wires
All incoming wires must include the full name, complete address, and account number for both the sender and the receiver of the wire.
